2018 Group Run Schedule:
Saturday, July 14 --- 6 miles Saturday, July 28 --- 9 miles Saturday, Aug. 18 --- 11 miles
All training sessions will start and end at dawn of a new day coffee house at 8:00 a.m. All paces are welcome! So whether you are training for your 1st half marathon, your 10th half marathon, or just want to improve your time and technique in the 10k, these trainings are for you! These are free sessions, and experienced runners will be available to answer questions and give tips and techniques!
